We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to improve customer service, increase efficiency, and boost profits.
- Create business plans and budgets.
- Monitor financial performance and take corrective measures as needed.
- Oversee recruitment efforts and training of new staff members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations.
- Manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance of the business's operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Proven managerial experience in a similar role is essential.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- High level of financial acumen with the ability to create accurate budgets and forecasts.
