Tutor Vacancy - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tutor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must possess a deep knowledge of the subject matter they will be teaching, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The tutor will provide one-on-one instruction to children and adults, to help them acquire academic knowledge, develop skills, and improve their performance. The tutor must be able to create individualized lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student, as well as assess their progress throughout the duration of the tutoring sessions.

Responsibilities:
• Assess students’ abilities and design individualized lesson plans according to their needs.
• Prepare teaching materials such as worksheets, notes, tests, etc.
• Monitor student progress and make adjustments to lesson plans accordingly.
• Provide feedback on student progress and maintain accurate records of student performance.
• Create a positive learning environment conducive for learning.
• Remain up-to-date with changes in educational policies and curricula.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred; however experience may substitute for education requirements.
• Proven experience tutoring children or adults in any subject area; experience tutoring math is highly desired.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to effectively communicate with students from different backgrounds.
• Ability to remain patient with students while providing clear instructions on complex topics.

Salary: 1000 per month (negotiable). We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
