We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personnel and ensuring the efficient utilization of staff. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 per month and are willing to consider a foreign candidate with minimal work experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and have a good understanding of labor laws and regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not essential.

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and other HR operations. It is essential that you have strong problem-solving skills as well as excellent knowledge of labor legislation. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Developing recruitment strategies and policies
• Interviewing potential candidates
• Managing employee relations issues
• Creating job descriptions
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws
• Assisting with performance appraisals
• Advising on career progression opportunities
• Developing staff training plans
• Preparing reports on staff turnover rates
• Maintaining personnel records
