Job Description:
The chef will be responsible for creating delicious dishes while adhering to health and safety standards. This includes monitoring the quality of ingredients, ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained, managing kitchen staff, planning menus, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, controlling costs, and setting goals. The chef must ensure that all dishes reach our customers in an appealing manner while keeping food costs low.
