Optometrist Position in Doha

We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vision care services to our patients. This is a full-time position, with a salary of 1400. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting thorough eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses or other treatments as necessary. The Optometrist will also provide patient counseling on contact lens use and care, and monitor patient progress over time. Additionally, the Optometrist may recommend vision therapy or low vision aids if needed.

We are seeking a candidate who has completed an accredited optometry program and holds a valid license in their field of practice from the country of origin or Qatar as applicable. Minimal work experience is expected, however any relevant experience gained through internships or apprenticeships will be beneficial. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate strong attention to detail, have effective time management skills, and demonstrate a commitment to patient care excellence at all times. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable but not essential for this role.
