Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching various levels of classes, from elementary to high school. They should have a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum and be able to create engaging lesson plans.

The duties and responsibilities of the Teacher will include:
• Planning, preparing and delivering effective lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
• Assessing student progress and providing regular feedback on their performance.
• Utilizing a variety of teaching methods such as lectures, demonstrations, interactive activities, etc., to ensure a stimulating learning environment.
• Developing student-centred activities for small groups or entire classes.
• Facilitating learning by establishing strong relationships with students and providing them with appropriate guidance and feedback.
• Participating in extra-curricular activities such as clubs, field trips, etc., as required.
• Keeping up to date with changes in the curriculum and current educational trends.
• Adhering to school policies and regulations at all times.

The successful candidate should possess:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Education or other related fields.
• A Teaching Certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential for this role.
• Previous experience teaching in an educational setting is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate students of all ages/backgrounds/abilities.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English is essential; knowledge of other languages would be an asset but not required.
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment is essential to this role.

This position comes with an attractive salary package of 1600 per month plus additional benefits such as medical insurance, paid holidays, etc., which will be discussed at the interview stage if successful applicants are invited for an interview session.
