Barista job in Sharjah UAE


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. This position requires a passionate individual with a great attitude, excellent customer service skills and the ability to produce quality coffee.

The primary role of the Barista is to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including specialty coffee drinks. You will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, providing recommendations and maintaining an organized workspace. You will need to maintain a clean work area and ensure all equipment is kept in proper working order. You should also be able to interact with customers in a friendly manner and ensure that they leave with a positive experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task, and have experience in the food service industry. A solid knowledge of different coffee varieties and brewing methods is essential. Great communication skills are necessary as you must be able to work as part of a team in order to provide excellent customer service. The ability to work flexible shifts is also required.
