Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and customer-oriented Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and mocha
• Take orders from customers and handle payments
• Ensure all beverages are prepared correctly and to the highest standards
• Maintain cleanliness of cafe area, including counters, tables, and floors
• Stock fridges with food items as needed
• Provide friendly customer service at all times
• Follow safety guidelines when preparing drinks and handling food items

Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista in a cafe or coffee shop setting preferred • Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks is essential • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during shift • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Must have basic math skills • Must be willing to work flexible hours • Willingness to learn new techniques • Salary 1400 AED per month (we are ready to consider an immigrant)
