Job Title: Sommelier

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1100 AED/month

Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guests with exceptional wine knowledge and service. You will be required to create an outstanding wine list and determine the appropriate pairings for our menu. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the restaurant's wine inventory and keep up to date with industry trends.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Professional qualifications in sommelier studies or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of wines from around the world, including regional varieties and their characteristics
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Must be an immigrant or willing to relocate to the UAE.
