We are looking for an experienced Barista for our coffee shop in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the same position or related roles. He/She should demonstrate a passion for coffee and beverage-making, with a desire to provide customers with an exceptional experience every time they visit.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks, smoothies, shakes, and more to the satisfaction of customers. He/She should deliver quick and friendly service at all times while following established standards and procedures.

The successful applicant must be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. He/She must possess excellent customer service skills, including the ability to listen carefully to customers’ preferences and explain menu items clearly. In addition, he/she must be able to keep up with changing trends in the coffee industry as well as maintain an impeccable level of cleanliness in their work area at all times.
