• At least 5 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Knowledge of welding processes such as MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to use basic hand tools such as grinders, drills, etc.
• A valid welding certificate from a recognized institution
• High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies
