We are seeking an experienced and reliable Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to our office. We are committed to creating an environment that is both professional and conducive to productivity, and therefore the ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
The primary duties of this role include:
• Answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel
• Drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems, preparing documents and reports
• Maintaining office supplies and performing other clerical tasks as assigned
• Assisting with other projects as needed
• Greeting visitors
• Providing general administrative support as required
• Assisting with event planning and coordination
• Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills; be organized; have good attention to detail; possess strong problem solving skills; possess the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks; be able to work both independently and collaboratively; have an aptitude for learning new technologies; be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; possess strong customer service skills; possess strong typing/data entry skills.
