Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in performing eye exams and providing eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions. An ability to diagnose, treat, and manage conditions such as glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic retinopathy is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive eye exams (including refraction) for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and treat various vision problems including nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism, and presbyopia
• Evaluate ocular health to detect glaucoma, cataracts, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and other diseases
• Provide eyeglass prescriptions or contact lens fittings
• Explain the results of the eye exam to patients
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up visits
• Provide advice about proper eye care to maintain healthy eyesight
• Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification from an accredited program
• 3+ years of experience working as an optometrist
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

Salary: 1200 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
