We are seeking a professional Land Surveyor with experience in surveying land for development and construction projects in the Dubai area. The successful candidate will be a highly organized individual who is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and can work independently as well as part of a team.

The ideal candidate must have excellent technical skills with the ability to interpret survey plans, analyze data and accurately measure land features. They should also have strong communication skills to provide project updates and collaborate effectively with other team members. We are looking for someone who is able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines on time.

The main duties of the Land Surveyor are to produce accurate maps and plans using surveying equipment, such as GPS, total stations, levels, transits, detectors etc., analyze results for accuracy before creating drawings or maps using AutoCAD software, work together with other surveyors on large projects, maintain records of survey results and report any discrepancies or errors found in the data collected.

The successful candidate must possess a degree in Surveying or similar discipline as well as good knowledge of all relevant legal requirements related to land surveying in Dubai area. Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential - candidates with minimal experience will be considered if they demonstrate enthusiasm and aptitude for the job role.
