Office Assistant – Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask and possess excellent organizational skills.

The successful applicant will have experience in office administration, be familiar with computers and technology, and have a good command of the English language. We are also open to candidates from Africa and Egypt who do not necessarily need to speak English fluently, as well as those who will receive free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Scheduling appointments
• Organizing documents and filing systems
• Assisting with customer inquiries
• Maintaining office supplies
• Assisting with data entry tasks
• Updating databases
• Ensuring the office is clean and tidy at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and work well in a team environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred but not required.
