Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at an expanding café in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a passion for coffee and making sure customers enjoy the best experience possible. We are willing to offer a salary of 900 AED per month, and open to considering foreign applicants.

Needs for the Candidate
To be successful in this role, we expect the candidate to have:
• Experience as a barista within a busy cafe setting
• Knowledge of coffee making techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently
• Fluency in English or Arabic is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities for this role are:
• Prepare various types of coffee drinks according to customers’ orders or employer’s specifications
• Follow health and safety standards while preparing food
• Make sure all ingredients used are fresh
• Maintain cleanliness in the café area at all times
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve customer experience
