We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Chef to join our kitchen staff in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of the fundamentals of cooking with strong organizational and communication skills.

The successful applicant will be responsible for producing high quality dishes, working with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food production and handling all administrative tasks related to the kitchen. The Chef must also ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to while maintaining a clean working environment for all staff.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knife skills as well as a good knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods and menu design. He or she should also be able to monitor and manage kitchen inventory, handle food orders, create menus for special events and direct other staff members in the kitchen. A positive attitude towards learning new techniques is essential.
