We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to the whole team. To qualify as the Office Manager, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimum supervision while still being able to work effectively as part of a team. You must also have excellent organizational skills and be able to work accurately under pressure. It is essential that you have experience of using Microsoft office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of administrative tasks including filing systems, correspondence handling, invoicing etc.
Your job duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office; providing administrative support; handling incoming phone calls; making travel arrangements; scheduling meetings; preparing reports; maintaining financial records; coordinating activities between departments; managing stationery supplies; preparing agendas for meetings; coordinating with external vendors & suppliers; and any other related duties assigned by management from time to time.
