We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department and will report to the Manager of Operations. This person should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with various teams within the organization.

The successful candidate should have a degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred. The Supervisor should be highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively while ensuring deadlines are met. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

The Supervisor's main responsibilities include managing staff, overseeing daily operations, monitoring performance, providing feedback on tasks, ensuring operational standards are met and conducting reviews with employees. Additionally, they will need to manage employee development plans and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
