Job Description:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service, strong leadership skills, and a passion for quality food and beverage. This position requires a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including hiring, training, and managing staff
• Developing marketing strategies to increase business profits
• Ensuring that all staff adhere to health and safety regulations
• Maintaining supplies for the restaurant; ordering food items as needed
• Creating menus that reflect the restaurant’s style and offerings
• Building relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead by example
• Knowledge of food safety regulations

Salary: 900 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign candidates.
