Security Manager

We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing security policies and procedures, providing guidance and direction to security personnel, and responding to security threats and incidents. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Requirements:
• Ability to plan ahead and anticipate potential security issues
• Knowledge of safety protocols for different environments
• Ability to analyze risk factors quickly in various situations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and diplomacy
• Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role in the security field
• Excellent problem solving abilities with the ability to make sound decisions quickly in high-pressure situations
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while taking decisive action
• Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
