Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1600

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a strong background and experience in recruitment and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the labor market, be able to think strategically, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

The main responsibilities of the Recruiter will include:
• Identifying suitable candidates through job postings, referrals, databases, and other sources;
• Screening resumes and conducting telephone interviews;
• Interviewing qualified candidates in person;
• Conducting background checks;
• Negotiating salary packages with selected candidates;
• Developing relationships with potential hires and responding to inquiries regarding job opportunities; and
• Updating recruitment databases.

In order to qualify for this role, you must possess the following:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role within the Human Resources department;
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
• Ability to think out of the box when sourcing potential hires; and
• Good organizational skills.
