Construction Manager

We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction and project management, with an understanding of the construction industry in the region. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of multiple projects from planning and design to completion. They will be expected to manage and coordinate all project activities, including cost estimations, scheduling, materials procurement, progress tracking, and quality assurance. The Construction Manager will also interact and negotiate with external vendors to ensure that projects remain on time and within budget. Additional duties include coordinating subcontractors, meeting with clients, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project life cycle, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in construction management or related field. They should have a degree or diploma in engineering or architecture from an accredited university as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills as well as proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel. Knowledgeable about building regulations is preferred but not required.
