Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, planning, and overseeing the construction of projects from start to finish. This includes managing the construction budget, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed, and ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. The Construction Manager must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Thorough knowledge of project management processes and procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem-solving skills; able to make decisions quickly and accurately
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written; able to communicate effectively with clients and contractors
• Good physical condition; able to stand for long periods of time while supervising job sites
• Flexibility; able to work night shifts or other unusual hours when needed
