We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our established business in Doha, Qatar. This is an opportunity to manage a diverse range of operations related to the day-to-day running of the business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing business operations, including finance and accounting, marketing, sales, customer service and IT.

Job Description:
• Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of the business
• Monitor and report on financial performance of the business
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Manage relationships with vendors, customers and employees
• Design and implement efficient processes to improve operational efficiency
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement
• Prepare regular reports on progress against key performance indicators

Demands for the Candidate:
• Proven experience in managing business operations in a similar role
• In-depth understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
