Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1300 QAR (negotiable)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities
• Create and manage a team of sales personnel and ensure their performance meets the company’s standards
• Monitor customer needs and develop strategies to cater to them
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer service is top-notch
• Regularly report on sales performance, changes in the market, etc.
• Promote the company’s products/services at industry events or through other channels

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager with 3+ years of experience in the Gulf region preferred
• Experience working with an international team in a multicultural environment is preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred
