We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate should be a motivated and reliable individual with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a team.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a supervisory role, with the ability to motivate their team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. They should be well-organised with excellent problem solving skills, able to identify problems quickly and take appropriate action.

The Supervisor is expected to maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction is met at all times. They must possess strong communication skills in order to effectively liaise between staff members, customers and management.

The Supervisor will maintain records of staff performance, provide direction on daily tasks as well as provide feedback on performances when necessary. They will also be required to complete administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts, updating budgets and creating weekly reports.
