Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and creative individual to fill the role of Teacher in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing students with an engaging and effective learning experience in the classroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for teaching. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Teaching, or related field
• Experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with students
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
• Passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential
• Ability to plan and execute lesson plans effectively
• Knowledge of relevant software programs and technologies
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in other languages is a plus

Responsibilities:
• Prepare lesson plans according to curriculum standards on a weekly basis.
• Provide engaging learning experiences for students through the use of interactive activities, multimedia presentations, etc.
• Monitor student performance throughout the course of instruction.
• Establish positive relationships with students and parents.
• Facilitate group discussions in a way that encourages student participation.
• Grading assignments/tests/quizzes according to established criteria.
