Job Title: Land Surveyor – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1500 SAR

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for survey work to ensure the accuracy of a designated land area by measuring land boundaries and collecting data. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of surveying principles and practices as well as experience with geodetic and engineering surveys. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct field surveys using GPS, total stations, level and other instruments to establish accurate land boundaries
• Collect data from existing records and documents such as deeds or maps
• Analyze survey objectives, specifications, legal documents, maps and other data
• Interpret survey data in order to determine the size of parcels of land or the locations of boundaries
• Prepare boundary descriptions for legal documents such as deeds or mortgages
• Prepare topographical models and plans of the surveyed area

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Geomatics Engineering
• Proven experience in surveying positions
• Excellent knowledge of surveying principles and practices including geodetic and engineering surveys
