Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of running the restaurant, including hiring, training, and managing staff. He or she will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that all food items are prepared according to specifications. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have a positive dining experience and handling any customer complaints in a timely manner. He/she will also be responsible for creating budgets and meeting financial targets set by the company.
