Barista Vacancy in Riyadh

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must possess an excellent customer service attitude, be driven and motivated to succeed, and have a passion for making great coffee. We are offering a salary of 1000 SAR/month with the possibility of additional bonuses depending on performance.

Requirements:
• At least two years’ experience in a busy café or restaurant;
• Knowledge of different brewing methods and coffee types;
• Ability to prepare all menu items quickly and accurately;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Fluency in English and Arabic;
• Professional demeanor with customers;
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends;
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Job Description: As Barista, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience by preparing products that meet high-quality standards according to established recipes. You will also need to maintain cleanliness standards within the café area and provide our customers with friendly service. Other duties may include making recommendations on products, undertaking administrative tasks such as taking orders over the phone or online, and managing inventory levels in order to ensure consistent availability of products at all times.
