We are looking for a friendly and experienced Barista to join our team at El-Ain! This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and social environment backed by a beautiful beachfront setting. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and customer service skills, is passionate about coffee, and loves to work with people.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks according to our standards, maintaining the cleanliness of the café area and equipment, stocking supplies, and providing exceptional customer service. You should be able to explain menu items in detail and provide answers to customers' questions. Additionally, you will need to ensure that all orders are accurate, properly prepared, and served quickly with a smile.

We offer our Barista competitive pay of 1200 per month. Additionally you will receive training opportunities including access to online courses which can help you become even more knowledgeable about coffee preparation techniques and recipes. We also offer flexible scheduling that allows you to work around your other commitments.

To qualify for this role we require at least 1 year of experience working as a Barista or related role in the hospitality industry; alternatively we are willing to consider someone who has no prior experience but can show an exceptional passion for coffee making as well as strong customer service skills. Additionally we expect all candidates to have basic computer literacy (Word/Excel/Outlook) as well as fluency in English language (for foreigners).
