The ideal candidate must have experience in the safe operation of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, graders and other large machinery. They must also have a valid driver's license and understand the safety protocols associated with operating this type of equipment. Knowledge of local terrain and conditions is an asset. The successful applicant will need to be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams related to construction operations.
