Job Summary
Civil Engineer - Sharjah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects such as public infrastructure, private buildings, and roads. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 AED per month. We are also willing to consider applications from foreign candidates.

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning and design of civil engineering projects such as public infrastructure, private buildings, and roads.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop plans for construction processes based on project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that any changes or modifications are communicated to all stakeholders involved in the project.
• Review technical drawings and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to junior civil engineers on various aspects of project execution.
• Prepare cost estimates for proposed projects based on available information.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s degree is preferred but not required
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering or related field
• Excellent knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
