EXECUTIVE CHEF – DUBAI

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our upscale restaurant team in Dubai. Our restaurant is well-known for its high-end cuisine and we are looking for a passionate, experienced Chef to lead our kitchen and take it to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation in our food. This role will require a deep understanding of international cuisines, as well as established knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Create innovative menus that reflect the restaurant’s high-end cuisine
- Manage kitchen staff; assign tasks and ensure staff are properly trained
- Develop recipes and cost menus
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before they reach customers
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, invoices and payments

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotel environment
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines (especially French)
- Excellent understanding of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills; able to effectively manage staff

Salary: AED 1200/month. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role.
