We are looking for a motivated Welder to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1000 and we are happy to consider an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate should be capable of welding various metals and alloys, using manual and/or semi-automatic welding equipment. They should also be able to operate manual cutting torches, grinders, and other hand tools. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read blueprints, drawings, and sketches in order to determine the specific welding requirements. They should also have experience following diagrams and instructions with accuracy and precision.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills when working with other team members. They must also be able to interpret technical documents such as safety policies, operating instructions, parts manuals, etc., in order to accurately complete assigned tasks. They should possess strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will also have experience with safety protocols for hazardous materials handling procedures.

Although minimal work experience is required, applicants with prior experience as a welder in the construction industry are highly preferred. Candidates interested in this position should possess excellent interpersonal skills along with a solid understanding of metal fabrication processes such as cutting, bending and forming metal components. A valid driver's license is preferable but not mandatory for this role.
