Barista – Al-Kuwait

We at Al-Kuwait are looking for a talented and passionate Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing our guests with the highest quality of service, coffee and other drinks. You will also be required to maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times and take on additional duties as assigned. This is an entry-level position where you can learn about coffee making, customer service, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and be passionate about delivering great customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of coffee making and barista techniques is desirable but our comprehensive training program will help you gain the necessary skills. Candidate must also be willing to work evenings or weekends when required.
