Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have good customer service skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, and have excellent knowledge of the preparation of coffee beverages. This position includes a salary of 1600. We will consider foreign candidates with minimal work experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Barista is responsible for preparing coffee beverages, such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, espresso shots and Americano’s. The Barista is also responsible for operating a range of equipment including grinders, espresso machines and blenders in order to ensure that all beverages are made correctly. The successful candidate must also ensure that all area and equipment are kept clean at all times and stocked with the necessary ingredients for making coffee beverages. Other duties include taking customer orders accurately, solving customer complaints politely, ensuring customers receive their orders promptly and maintaining a good relationship with customers.

Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous barista experience is preferred but not compulsory – we will consider applicants with minimal work experience from abroad. Candidates must be able to follow instructions carefully and pay attention to detail when preparing coffee beverages. A working knowledge of the operation of espresso machines is also essential.
