We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of success in a supervisory role, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

The duties of the Supervisor include overseeing all operations within the company, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for managing staff, including recruitment, training and performance reviews. They will also need to conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure that targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained. Furthermore, the Supervisor should possess a high level of problem-solving skills and be able to develop strategies for tackling difficult issues.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a supervisory role as well as an understanding of relevant industry standards. We are open to considering foreign candidates who can demonstrate their commitment to this position. The salary for this role is 1200 per month.
