HR Manager

Location: Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1400 AED per month

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management. We are open to considering both local and foreign applicants.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, providing advice on personnel matters, implementing HR policies and procedures, managing performance management systems, administering payroll and benefits plans, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, and providing overall support to the organization's human resource needs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized with great attention to detail as well as have an understanding of UAE labor law. The ability to multitask and work independently is also essential.
