Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our company's people, property, and information. You will be expected to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in order to ensure the highest level of protection for our employees and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
• Develop security policies, procedures, and standards for the organization.
• Monitor access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel are allowed access to premises.
• Oversee the installation or repair of CCTV systems as well as other security equipment.
• Regularly inspect buildings and surrounding areas to ensure they are secure.
• Investigate any suspicious activities or incidents that occur on the premises.
• Respond in a timely manner when security breaches occur or emergency situations arise.
• Maintain clear communications with all relevant departments regarding security matters.
• Provide support with day-to-day operations such as key management, alarm monitoring, etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a similar role is required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.
• Must be knowledgeable about various security systems such as access control systems, video surveillance systems, etc..
• Ability to remain calm under pressure is essential for this role.
• Must be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision and have strong organizational skills
