Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and capable Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 1700 and we are ready to consider a foreigner for this role. The successful candidate will have excellent sales experience as well as the ability to lead a sales team while driving performance growth and developing relationships with new customers.

Job Duties
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales team while ensuring that all targets are met. In addition, they will be required to create and implement strategies to increase sales performance, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. This position may also involve developing relationships with new customers and participating in industry events. Furthermore, they will have responsibility for coaching and mentoring junior team members as well as providing performance feedback to senior management on a regular basis.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should possess several years of experience in sales management or a related field, preferably within the same industry sector. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not essential; however, candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A proven track record of successful sales achievements is also required, along with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks at once.

Job Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, candidates must be highly organized with strong attention to detail; they should also be able to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality or accuracy. Furthermore, they must possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively within an established team environment. Fluency in English is essential for this role; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial but not essential.
