Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE

Salary: 1100 AED per month

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Construction Manager for a construction project in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. This position is open to both local and foreign candidates with no experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, documentation, and ensuring safety standards are met. You will be expected to manage all personnel on the construction site including subcontractors and laborers. You must also be able to coordinate with other departments at the construction site such as engineering and procurement. You must possess excellent communication skills as you will be required to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in construction management
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
