Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Java Developer to join our development team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. We need an individual who can work independently and with a team to create high-quality software that meets the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Java language as well as experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We are willing to consider candidates with no experience but strong aptitude towards the development processes.

Needs for the Candidate:
The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills along with a good understanding of software engineering principles. They should have strong communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts is essential as well as expertise in databases such as SQL Server or Oracle. It would also be beneficial if they had experience in developing web services or applications using frameworks such as Spring Boot or Hibernate.
