Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, including guest services, marketing, and financial management. The Hotel Manager will ensure that all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently while providing the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience
• Create budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness of all operations
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond promptly to any complaints or requests
• Ensure that all hotel staff adhere to safety regulations
• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll management, accounts receivable/payable, etc.
• Promote the hotel by developing promotional activities and campaigns
• Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth or expansion
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role in a hotel setting
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English language
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
Salary: 1600/month
