Construction Manager - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300. We are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for the overall project management and supervision of construction projects in the Al-Kuwait area. This includes the management of costs, resources and quality assurance of all construction activities, as well as ensuring safety protocols are met at all times. The Construction Manager will also oversee and coordinate subcontractors, plan and schedule work, review plans and specifications, and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects
• Knowledge and understanding of construction principles, materials, methods and regulations
• Familiarity with Project Management software such as Primavera P6
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
