We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 USD and is open to both local and foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out comprehensive eye examinations including refraction, retinoscopy, tonometry and ophthalmoscopy
• Diagnose vision problems and prescribe suitable optical aids such as glasses or contact lenses
• Educate patients on proper eye care, the effects of eyestrain, and other topics to help prevent future vision problems
• Advise patients on the right frames for their face shape as well as which lens type best suits their lifestyle needs (e.g. sports or computer use)
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results
• Keep up to date with changes in optical technology, treatments, and products
• Attend professional seminars to stay abreast of advances in optometry
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Optometry or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of optometric principles and procedures
• Good communication and customer service skills
