We are looking for a qualified and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a competitive salary of 900, and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the position.

As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting applicants for various positions across our company. You will be expected to review job postings, source and contact potential candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews, and ultimately select the best candidate for each role. You will also provide advice to management on recruitment policies and procedures.

Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills, great interpersonal skills, an understanding of recruitment processes, and strong organizational abilities. Experience in the field is preferred but not necessary; we are open to hiring someone with no experience in the area as long as they demonstrate aptitude for the role.
