Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1700 QAR/Month

We are seeking an experienced and diligent Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our business and ensure that all processes are running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for an immigrant to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of business operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be able to manage a team effectively and have strong problem-solving skills. The successful applicant must also be able to work independently and take initiative on projects while delivering results on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure that they are running smoothly
• Develop strategies to grow the business and improve customer service
• Monitor progress towards goals and take corrective action when necessary
• Monitor expenses and ensure they remain within budget
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the business
• Manage staff, assign tasks, review performance, and provide training as needed
• Create reports for decision makers on financial performance, sales trends, customer feedback, etc.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a management role
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Ability to think strategically & analytically
• Strong leadership & decision-making capabilities
