Business Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of the local market and be able to make decisions that will benefit the company. The position offers a competitive salary of 1000 QAR per month, as well as additional benefits. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The successful candidate must possess a strong set of skills in business operations management, including problem solving, decision making, financial control and budgeting. You should be comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role is key to achieving our company’s objectives and requires excellent communication skills as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least five years experience in a business/operations management role
• Knowledge of local market dynamics
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day business operations including personnel management, customer service, budgeting & financial control, and project planning & implementation
• Monitor performance metrics in order to identify issues & opportunities for improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & internal policies
• Develop & implement strategies that maximize profitability & efficiency
• Analyze data to inform decision making & strategizing
